The last 11 years have been spent at IBM and then as a contractor solely setting up new operations (otherwise called service management, service delivery), all customer focused;

If anyone requires help setting up and running a team, with tools, processes, etc. that focuses on practical means to deliver value and demonstrate you were the best supplier the customer chose, rather than text book ITIL advice, I would be honoured to help out.
