Everybody tells us how to close deals, how to sell more, how to get new clients, etc...
But we don't really see anyone talking about customer service, about client fidelization, which is super important, if you want to have a long term success...
I have been working in sales for more than eight years now. I started with selling clothes and jewellery and went to selling art and real estate.
In none of the fields I had previous experience, but somehow, the clients always wanted to come back and buy from me or work with me.
This is thanks to very easy and simple steps that I have learned over the years by analysing the client/customer behaviour.
I will be very happy to share these skills with you and if you are willing to learn with an open mind, then I´m more than sure, very soon you will have great results!
