PM at Google focusing on Google+ Platform, VC at Madrona Venture Group, McKinsey, Mobile, Social, Consumer, India, Nepal, Singapore
I've only recently met Ayush, but have been incredibly impressed with his clarity of thinking, passion for excellence and his drive for results -- I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to focus their efforts and improve their strategic thinking. More important, though, is that he drives for results -- I hope to have him spend a lot more time working with our team!
Ayush excelled in a design role and is very driven to deliver a better solution to customers. During his time as an intern PM on Internet Explorer Ayush showed great passion in all of his work, quickly picked up anything that was thrown his way, and demonstrated his natural ability to present to any audience. I believe Ayush will do well in anything he decides to do.
Aysuh was one of my best interns. He showed an excellent combination of technical skills, communication skills and people skills in navigating his first project in a professional setting (building a metrics dashboard). Two things stand out in my mind: Creativity and just being plain bold. The final presentation he gave to our GM was a departure from what is normally expected in terms of style and content in my org then & he pulled it off extremely well.
Ayush was a bright, enthusiastic college undergrad when he worked as an Intern Program Manager for Internet Explorer at Microsoft. Although he was part of the engineering team, our paths often crossed into the marketing realm. Ayush is naturally curious and would often challenge himself to learn not only the technical aspects of the role, but the impact to the business.I was extremely impressed with his business acumen and thirst for knowlege. He's a quick learner, hardworking and a man of integrity. I've followed Ayush's career post-graduation and have been impressed with his career path and search for more challenging roles as he rounds out his experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend him for a technical business development role.
Ayush is a roll-up-your-sleeves product whiz with strong business acumen and the ability to motivate a team to build great products.
I first met Ayush when we worked together on a study at McKinsey back in 2007. He was one of the hardest working guys on the team and contributed with a stream of fresh ideas and thorough analysis. We've kept in touch over the years and I've found Ayush to be a great sounding board for new ideas and concepts. I admire how he continually improves his skills and grows his professional network by participating in Startup Weekends, Hackathons, and other great events.
At McKinsey, Ayush mastered the basic consulting skillset - from problem solving, to senior client communication, to team leadership. However, 3 qualities define Ayush:
One, Ayush has not just a passion for technology but more a vision for how he believes it will shape our day-to-day lives. His enthusiasm is absolutely infectious.
Second, Ayush is one of the most entrepreneurial individuals I've met in my 6 years of working in Silicon Valley. He not only thinks of interesting ideas, but takes that critical next step to follow through which most others don't.
Finally, Ayush cares deeply for people around him and is willing to go out of his way to unselfishly help individuals around him. This quality has resulted in a large cohort of Ayush supporters across ages.
it has been a pleasure knowing Ayush all these years.
Ayush is one of the most passionate and creative guys I know in the tech industry. He combines exceptional product skills with a strong business background. Design is his big passion, and he's a rock star at it!
Ayush has a unique ability to identify upcoming trends in the social and mobile spaces while most people struggle to understand what's happening now.
If I started my own company, Ayush is the first person I would consider as a cofounder and partner in crime.
Ayush is an intelligent,high-energy, creative technophile. He thrives on change and is very quick to absorb and share the implications of technology changes. He was a great resource to companies in the Madrona portfolio, always willing to help out, to share his insights and to offer constructive, practical advise. He is also an excellent public speaker. We were very lucky to have him at Madrona for two years.
Ayush will start something big someday soon. You should fight like mad to have him on your team in the mean time. He is one of the very few people I know who is as effective on the creative side of the house as he is on the strategic and tactical sides. His friendliness and collaborative leadership style will also be a huge asset to any company. Everyone wants to be Ayush's friend, but they also respect the hell out of him. He has no ego at all, always wants to absorb, and is one of the most abundantly energetic people I've met in my life. He's a rare find and his insights were a huge asset in Off & Away's early days.
Ayush is one of the rare people in this world who can think keenly and execute flawlessly. Logical, precise - with an unparalleled can-do attitude, Ayush is the man I want on my team for nearly any project. I have worked with him on a wide range of projects and types of business (start-up/entrepreneurial, social media, technology, services, and other) - he has always completely obliterated expectations - often re-defining the scope of what we had imagined possible with a well-founded and creative take on issues. Every time we have worked together, Ayush was an extraordinary asset and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Ayush to anyone who needs smarts and the ability to get it done - he has the energy to blaze a better path forward for your business.
