In my work as a psychologist, I provide both one-on-one online counseling sessions and corporate psychological consultancy. In both areas, understanding what the person or organization truly needs is always my first priority.

One of my individual clients had been struggling with severe anxiety for a long time and was having difficulty managing daily tasks. We conducted our sessions online. At first, I focused on listening without judgment, then together we created a personalized roadmap. With regular sessions and small, manageable goals, she began to feel more in control. After about two months, she shared that she was handling her daily life more easily and feeling less anxious. Hearing that was deeply fulfilling and reminded me of the impact of this work.

On the corporate side, a company approached me for support due to communication issues and low motivation within their team. I began by meeting with managers to understand their challenges, then designed a tailored workshop series. These workshops blended psychological knowledge with practical exercises, and we created a safe space where participants could speak openly. By the end of the program, both communication and overall team satisfaction had noticeably improved.

Whether I’m working with individuals or organizations, I see each client as unique. That’s why every solution I offer is customized. I truly believe that with empathy, the right approach, and consistent support, meaningful and lasting change is always possible.
