You need something easy to use to get everyone on the same page. the software you mentioned are complex and packed with extra features you don’t need. For your project, mostly based on waterfall project management, you would need a way to track Tasks on a timeline manage who does what. I would recommend ASANA or any similar one. Every tool can be used even an excel, just share and make it visible and then keep everyone on the same page regurarely and you’ll succeed :)
Just do it, pick up the phone and start. Little by little you will become more confident in yourself and get used to rejection. In sales, rejection is part of the game, face it.
Look at how you spend your days. What do you enjoy doing? What are those activities you can do for hours and hours without getting tired? Those are your strengths. Now, ask yourself, why someone should pay me for doing that? Find the why, build a business around that need.
Find someone who is willing to pay you for it. Start with that person. Reiterate. You don’t need to understand if the market is there or not. Just start and adapt as you go. Get people to speak about you and build your reputation.
