Sometimes our feelings can completely overwhelm us.
In healing, it is undoubtedly beneficial to verbalise, analyse and consciously process our experiences.
However, often when we try to heal ourselves on a conscious and intellectual level, changing narratives and trying to shift the mindset, is not enough, as our hearts, body and mind can still hold emotions and trauma.
Together we can shift heavy emotion and any limiting belief systems that hold you back from your best life.
I am an advocate for Self Directed Healing (SDH). This is a measured and gentle, natural healing technique.
It works on multiple levels simultaneously—subconsciously, consciously and superconscious level—mentally, emotionally and energetically.
See the image above, and how SDH works on multiple levels. Compare it to other healing techniques you may have used.
Self Directed Healing get results quickly—clearing your ‘stuff’ that holds you back, so you can step into your greater you.
When we step forward into a greater version of ourselves, this creates a ripple effect towards a greater world. We are better leaders in our families, workplaces, communities and the planet; creating a greater you and a greater world.
As a safe and gentle technique that processes overwhelming emotions, young people also respond well to the Self Directed Healing process.
As well as shifting limiting emotions and beliefs, during the process you will learn how to honour and process your emotions, providing you with ongoing tools for emotional regulation.
60 minutes is required to do a full Self Directed Healing session.
“I learnt so much about myself, how I attracted less than good life lessons. Sasha helped me turn so much around. I am much happier, lighter and finding positive direction. I had done this type of work before with little success. Sasha got through to me and helped immeasurably. I am very grateful We found each other. I recommend Sasha to all.”

“Sasha has a manner that put me at ease and I felt comfortable and safe. I’m surprised how much we carry around with us without realising. Thank you.”
