I am a highly motivated, self-starter with an exceptional sales/ mass recruiting background and have succeeded anywhere I have put my mind, time and effort into. I have grown my knowledge & expertise with efforts of being very coachable and able to retain information clearly by some of the best of the best sales and fitness experts in the world including, Grant Cardone, Dr. Jordan Peterson, Tony Robbins, John C. Maxwell, Zig Zigler, Jordan Stupar, Dennis James, Ronnie Coleman, Troy Alves & many other very highly respected people in these industries. I have had a lot of practice with holding positions such as being a district manager for several fitness centers/gyms and D2D/ B2B sales programs. I have recruited for multiple businesses and trained, maintained and developed guys and girls from amateur to elite salesmen and fitness instructors. I am great with people and will adapt very quickly to any environment I am in. You have to be a chameleon in these industries to succeed and take care of people. Always under-promise but over-deliver. I have also always believed to be paid on my own personal production in commission only jobs since I was 16 years old with the exception of a base salary plus commission and bonuses when I got involved in management when I turned 18 years old and was the youngest district manager in the company running 3 locations at LA Fitness. I have been named "Salesmen of the month/ year several times with breaking many records in Fitness and D2D sales.
