I founded Backstage Capital, a venture capital fund based in Los Angeles that invests in exceptional women, people of colour and LGBTQ tech founders. Started from scratch in Fall 2015, Backstage has now invested roughly $5m across nearly 100+ companies. I was on the cover of Fast Company's Oct 2018 issue, and am the Season 7 subject of Gimlet's Startup podcast. I entered the venture investing world from an unconventional path, and am happy to answer questions from founders, current investors, and those looking to get into investing or sharpen their thesis.
