MenuDefine Your Data Roadmap, Data Architecture, and Analytics Development Workflow
Created 3 years ago in Technology / Other
Gartner estimates that the vast majority (~85%) of data initiatives fail. A failed data project is a large waste of money and a significant internal dissatisfier.
Launching a successful data initiative comes down to great strategy and execution across three key areas, namely:
1. Data Roadmap | What should you build? How do you decide this?
2. Data Architecture & Acquisition Strategy | How does your organization acquire data and how should data flow through your systems?
3. Analytics Organizational Structure & Agile Development Life Cycle | How should data related outputs be developed? What is the most efficient workflow?
I am a current Director of Analytics at a Series B funded startup with significant experience building & designing processes for the three categories above from the ground up. I have significant experience working with non-technical individuals and I pride myself on communicating about deep technological concepts in plain English instead of technical jargon.

I lead (as a Director of Analytics) the end-to-end development, deployment, and management of my company's business intelligence and data science solutions from both a product and software engineering standpoint. I am well versed in defining and executing on the "why" (product) and "how" of data products. I am most familiar with B2B data products in the healthcare industry.
