I first heard Arden speak at a luncheon and continued to follow her through her Business Etiquette column in the Puget Sound Business Journal. I really enjoyed her presentation style and use of humor while discussing business etiquette with a large group. I think the first discussion I heard included etiquette regarding dining and networking around Holiday functions. Arden was able to be really entertaining and informative while including a lot of interaction from the audience for a really fun event.
I finally had an opportunity to hire Arden for a seminar on business etiquette at my company - and I was delighted with her work for us and the outcome. First of all, Arden spent a lot of time understanding our audience and making sure her approach was geared toward our industry and specific industry related situations. She and I had several discussions on the phone to discuss our group dynamic and for her to understand exactly what my expectations were. She was able to cover networking situations, meet and greet, appropriate work conversation, attire, etc. with our group of Project Managers and Project Engineers and was very well received.
It was a great experience for us and I'm looking forward to having Arden back to cover more specific topics in the future. Business etiquette has become somewhat of a lost art – Arden is an excellent resource for educating colleagues and employees - she teaches “charm school” for grown-ups, and she’s great at it!
Arden spoke at our Professional Women in Building Lunch at the Master Builders Association. Her topic was networking etiquette. She provided our group with practical, easy to follow tips to make our next networking event a breeze. She touched on everything from entering the room, making introductions, how to walk up to a complete stranger to how to hold your appetizer plate and glass. She is not only informative and knows her topic she is delightful, courteous and made us laugh. I would not hesitate in recommending Arden to any group. I look forward to the next time our paths cross. Juli Bacon, JB Consulting Systems, Vice-Chair Professional Women in Building
Source: LinkedIn Juli Bacon Nov 22, 2013For the past two years, Arden Clise has lead a mini workshop on networking for our board of directors right before our big spring event. Her presentation provides great tools and advice on how our board members can engage a group, properly introduce folks, start and end conversations, and be the best ambassadors possible for the organization. Board members often report back how successful they were at our event employing the tips they learned (and even bragging about getting it right). Arden’s presentation gives our board members confidence to do the best they can and make highly social events comfortable even for those that struggle with groups or events. It’s been a truly very valuable experience and I can’t recommend her enough.

Source: LinkedIn Glynnis Vaughan Nov 22, 2013We hired Arden to give an all-day training on a variety of business etiquette topics. Going into the training the participants were concerned it would be a full day of lecture and dos and don’ts. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how useful and engaging the training was. We liked how Arden had us do role plays, fun exercises and activities that helped teach and cement the material. Arden is a great trainer. She teaches useful skills that help people to be more polished, professional and at ease in a variety of situations.

I always appreciated how easy Arden was to communicate with, how supportive she was of the staff and how effective she was in her role with PAWS.
Arden is a very warm, kind and friendly person who I always enjoy seeing. Any organization would be fortunate to have her on their team.
Source: LinkedIn Julie Stonefelt Nov 22, 2013Arden is insightful, diplomatic and asks the tough questions that ensure appropriate expectations are established, that goals drive strategies and that tactics are evaluated based on priority and ROI. She demonstrates the balance of creative thinking and good judgment highly desirable to a CEO assembling his dream team.

She's exceptional at turning new projects and ideas into actionable steps. Arden actively seeks out new opportunities to learn and also to support the business goals. What I appreciate most about Arden is her positive attitude, cheerfulness and spirit.

Arden is a creative professional. She is resourceful and able to work with limited resources to create, launch and support the marketing effort. She is not creative for the sake of cleverness but has clear business goals in mind. She is persistent and focused and works hard to garner the support of the organization for her marketing efforts.
