In my ~10 years of association with Aravind, I've found him to be a thorough professional, hard-working, diligent and highly knowledgable Enterprise technology/solutions architect. I've always been very impressed with Aravind's deep knowledge in many technology areas - he was my "go-to" person whenever I needed to get any technology related question answered. He's very hands-on w.r.t. technology and analytical & thorough while architecting/designing solutions to complex business problems. He likes to always keep learning - especially when it comes to new/emerging technologies. He's very process-oriented & methodical in his approach. He's a great team player and a great asset to have in any team/organization.
