What's my Amazon story?

Having worked in Finance for over 10 years, in 2015 I decided to escape the rat-race to start my own private-label business.

In 2016 after seeing the shocking amount of under-optimized Amazon listings and understanding the importance of listing optimization for sales conversions, I founded Optimize My Listings - a copywriting and eCommerce coaching service for sellers in the Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk marketplace.

Amazon Copywriting and SEO Optimization

Copywriting and SEO (keyword optimisation) doesn't come naturally to most and is, in fact, often the weakest link for Amazon sellers. Getting this part right is CRITICAL for your products' success.

You can have the best product in the world, but if your listing isn't correctly optimized for both human and Amazon's A9 algorithm, you'll be throwing good money down the drain.

Unless you enjoy the art of copywriting (which most sellers confess they don't!) it can suddenly become a daunting task. Or as a client once told me, "attempting to write my own listing was like being back at school doing an English test!"

There's the product title, product features, product description, search terms and other back-end keyword fields...and before you know it, you have to go and lie down in a dark-room with a cold flannel.

This is where having guidelines to work towards to can really help.
