Anthony is a well organized and goal orientated worker. He focuses on making whatever process or project he is involved in as efficient as possible. Anthony took on the role of our Jira database administrator and organized a high volume of issues involving multiple development studios. He was diligent about keeping on top of pressing database concerns as well as managing the overall quality of Raven owned issues.

Anthony and I worked closely together at NetherRealm Studios. He picked up the workflow quickly and worked hard under our heavy time constraints. He surpasses most employees just on those alone, but what really separates Anthony from others is his genuine curiosity.
Some employees are happy to receive directions, work their shift, and go home. Anthony always wanted more, even in an entry-level position. He wanted to know why things were done a particular way, so he could both learn or help improve the process if possible. During meetings he asked questions that people either hadn't though of yet or were too afraid to ask, which is invaluable in a setting where there are 20 other people staying quiet.
I'd re-hire Anthony in a split second, not only as a customer service agent, but for any available position I had where I wanted somebody that could grasp the larger ideas behind a particular method or policy and help improve it.
