SEM, SEO, PR, business modeling and prospecting, Twitter and Facebook post creation and scheduling, graphic design, and proofreading.
I've dabbled in those areas, and speak their languages but prefer to spend our precious time on tasks I can truly knock out of the park. Don't despair - my Rolodex is mighty and I'm not afraid to use it.
