Food Scientist with expertise in Product development, R&D, commercialization, baking, frozen foods & statistical data analysis. I have MSc Food Science degree, and several years of global/ regional R&D project management experience.
I have experience of working as a "Senior Project Leader - Product development and Innovation. Previous to that, I worked at McCain Foods Canada in "Fundamental and applied research group, where I was leading technical R&D projects.
I have a master's degree in Food Science from McGill University and Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology.
I got to know Mr Goel as a fellow-student enrolled in a different program at the same Faculty. I knew Ankur throughout his Masters' program and have been in touch since. I have known Ankur to be a diligent and goal-oriented individual. He tends to work very hard on projects that are assigned to him. He also has a very congenial and gregarious personality, which makes it very easy for him to work in teams, and bring diverse groups together. During his time at McGill, Ankur frequently left his comfort zones and adapted quickly to diverse situations. He has done very well since graduating from McGill University, and I am sure his sincerity will lead him to great professional successes.
Ankur is a kind person, a proactive team player, a results-driven professional and was an excellent member of our research team. As a Research Assistant, he worked tirelessly to acquire precise and accurate results. If he noticed inconsistencies in the results, he immediately investigated his experimental details to find reasons for the outcome. His strong work ethic and interpersonal skills made it a pleasure to work with him.
Ankur volunteered to be a member of our Workplace Wellness Committee. In this role, he continued to captivate committee members with his presentation skills, humour, creativity and professionalism. It is an honour to recommend Ankur.
