My teaching style is to give simple and memorable points so that afterwards, you feel like the expert communicator. Additionally, I want to help my students with their specific issues so I take plenty of time to listen and give supportive and honest feedback.

Creating Boundaries in Relationships

Have you ever heard of codependency? Maybe you have and you know you need help. Maybe the word is familiar and you want to know more. Maybe you have no clue what I'm talking about, but you know that an important relationship in your life needs CHANGE. You're tired of the ups and downs and walking on eggshells. You can't or don't want to just walk away, but it isn't the relationship you know it could be. You need boundaries. And you have no idea where to start.

That's where I come in. Let's talk about why every relationship needs boundaries, no matter how healthy you think you are, how we can communicate them, hold them firmly, and establish a new way of interacting with those we love (or have to be around).
