Personal Mentoring or Troubleshooting

As a Managing Director, one of my most important tasks is that of mentoring and people development. I find that people get stuck in the importance of the daily tasks and avoid taking a step back to allow for medium term career development planning.

I would be delighted to assist you in your career development and provide detailed mentoring in whichever areas you feel necessary. Typical sessions would include understanding your current situation, goals and objectives and setting out a plan of action. I will also provide guidance on the many mistakes I see people make on a regular basis.

Equally happy to mentor on any areas of concern which require troubleshooting.
