MenuSecrets of Engineering Management for Business Founders (Ship Code 5x Faster)
Created 6 years ago in Technology / Software Development
Non technical co-founders often feel their company isn't shipping code fast enough and products are taking longer than expected. Often this is because the business founder lacks the tools and language to manage engineers and scope of work. I can talk through what I've learned as a business founder and questions you can ask engineers to help better scope and manage work timelines to build a culture that ships code faster. I will lean on my experiences managing engineering teams in 3 of my companies, including my experience learning from amazing technical leaders and my experience acting as CTO (while I was CEO) of a 40 person engineering team for 6 months.
