I have known Andrew for many years now and can state categorically his knowledge places him as a respected subject matter expert. His presentation skills are engaging, humurous and elightening. His soft skills are beyond reproach. Andrew is a confident person with a clear message and an empathetic ear. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew or his sevrices to any person or organization.
Source: LinkedIn Jeff Race Oct 3, 2013I have had the pleasure of working with Andrew for several years during my time at Dofasco. Andrew provided technical consulting and six sigma black and yellow belt training to engineers, skilled trades personel and front line production staff. His efforts enhanced our technical competencies and lead to significant productivity gains while removing technological barriers in new product development. His technical expertise, knowledge of the SR&ED program, and coaching style fostered a culture of innovation.
I highly recommend Andrew, his systematic approach and years of experience in business process improvement, R&D and lean workflow simplification is a valuable asset to any organization.

Eng. | Solar Power Engineer Oct 3, 2013Andrew Milivojevich is an amazing, ideas-generating teacher and leader who has an innate ability to cut through corporate complexity and find focus. I have had the privilege of both learning from and working with Andrew on shared projects, and can comment about him in both capacities.
His business process improvement workshop was one of the most revealing and insightful learning programs in which I have participated. He is a gifted communicator and story-teller, yet extremely responsive to learner needs. This program is profound in scope, and revealing in its ability to help others see how to reduce inefficiency and even to improve corporate culture. I consider Andrew the "guru" who enables others - those who actually do the work - to map and re-engineer their work processes. What he shares is NOT a body of arcane methods, but real, practical help for organizations where processes are sub-optimal.
I have also worked with Andrew on a variety of other projects since we initially became acquainted. He is always respectful, generates bright ideas, and goes full throttle at anything that comes his way.
There is little doubt that Andrew's work generates multiples of value - and I personally think that Canada would become a more productive - and even culturally more engaged - country if it could apply his methods and approaches.
Source: LinkedIn Todd Kasenberg Oct 3, 2013Andrew’s grasp of critical success factors for positive business and/or process transition are well documented through numerous business projects. What elevates and defines Andrew however, is his ability to recognise and promote the emotional intelligence triggers within people to drive theoretical change management into actual results.
