I’ve been involved with heavy maintanance and line maintanance while seeing the company transition through massive growth due to a tourism boom within the country. The fleet has nearly doubled within the last ten years. This has led to new organizational structures in management, facilities, strategy. I’m willing to share my experiences, on what worked what didn’t, and why.
