Preparing for the Capital Raise Process.

I am passionate about helping companies develop tailored fundraising strategies and jumping into the trenches to support detail-oriented execution. There is no single formula or silver bullet for a successful raise and the process is never simple. My business is not raising money for clients. I do, however, ensure that my clients are well-informed regarding their fundraising options and prepared with the right strategy, process, and deliverables to maximize their chance of finding, pitching, and closing investors.

I help founders answer a number of critical questions about their investment thesis before going to market:

How much capital do I need?
How do I structure the raise?
Where do I find investors?
How do I make a compelling pitch?
How do I differentiate my company?

Once a strategy is developed, I get my hands dirty creating pitch decks, financial models, offering documents, and any other deliverables necessary to support a company's raise. I'm not a big ideas "pie-in-the-sky" guru; I take a drill instructor's approach to teaching, building, rigorously stress-testing, and deploying.
