I really enjoyed working with Andrew at Consult Hyperion were he showed himself to not only be a skilled Java developer and problem solver but also a dedicated individual who was always trying to think up was of improving not only his own productivity but also that of the rest of the software development team. Through a number of collaborations we implemented some of his ideas to increase information availability within the team; such projects included improving our source control architecture and introducing an internal wiki which continues to grow in use even after his moving on to other work.
