I worked out 6 times a week but soon hit a plateau. Losing fat seemed impossible and I thought maybe I just wasn`t supposed to have that "shredded" body. But as it turns out it`s all about science. So I figured out a 12 week program where you will only workout three times a week while still eating what you love and having a social life. My first time doing it I lost 10 punds at first, then regained 6 pounds of pure muscle while eating CARBS.
