From my perspective, Anatoliy is a very valuable asset to our team and is the "go to guy" on the SoftServe team working with PorticoClub. His technical and design skills are outstanding, his work ethic and communication with the US team are fantastic, and he has a humility and sense of humor that is refreshing. If there is a problem, I think of him first as a person who can help solve it. Often he works late or is available after hours to assist with issues or research. Anatoliy is a leader in all regards and I feel fortunate that he's part of our team. He is a big reason our collective development team is so successful and accomplishes so much each week.

It’s just a year when Anatoliy joined our team at SoftServe but appears like an ages. Anatoliy possesses a unique combination of the software developer and leadership talents. Anatoliy is sort of people who naturally own one the best leaderships styles – “lead-by-example”. Just 6 months ago he started new project which was supposed to be finished in a couple months. Anatoliy together with team in short term developed amazing product resulting with great valued add and high client satisfaction. So that, the project was transformed into long-term development, small team extended twice and continues to grow.
