As neighborhood development coordiantor for a mid-size nonprofit in the midwest of the United States, my experience has led me to understand the vitality of an "asset based" approach to community development practices. I offer advice and best practice insight on how to use these ideas and apply them to your own community. We are looking to establish long-term and sustainable, positive community change.
