Amit is hyper knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Was an excellent phone call, worth exponentially more than I paid. A+!

It is a wonderful and highly satisfying experience working for Amit. A brilliant evangelist of UI Engineering, Amit is a creative thinker with a deep sensitivity towards design and technology. I simply admire him for his diverse knowledge in arts, design, science, technology, philosophy, current affairs and many more topics.

As a manager, Amit is very accommodating, focused, motivating, and very helpful, which simply makes him a wonderful person to work with. He is also a good mentor to his team and knows how to get the best out of his people. He will step in to make effective decision when challenge arises.

Amit is a charismatic leader, and with a good sense of humour he makes the work place interesting. I highly recommend Amit for any critical leadership roles.

Amit is a strong leader with a broad knowledge base on the Digital Media space, Design, User Experience, and Informational Architecture.

Amit provided great design and UI leadership within the organisation and was an extremely effective part of a complex, global team working on the next generation of ESPN's international sites.

It is a pleasure working with Amit at ESPN. He has a great sense and passion for Design and UI Engineering. Amit is always driving himself and his team to do better and sets higher goals for the team every year. He has gained a lot of respect from his team members and peers within the organization. He has varied interests outside work like the Arts that serve to further fuel his imagination at work. Interacting with Amit has greatly broadened my horizons around the Design aspects of building great web products and I have learnt a lot from him for which I will always be grateful.

Amit is very keen about knowing what a team member likes to do. Having known their strengths, he gives avenues to people to express themselves. He proactively engages in dialogues to know how are you feeling in the workplace. I think that’s why he connects to the team so well.

When someone needs help to figure out something, he quickly gets to the root of the problem and often offers more than one solution. This holds true for design as well programming hacks !

Being an artist, Amit can make most minimalistic of interfaces look beautiful. His sketches on paper napkin during lunch breaks often motivates team to explore their creative talents. His witty sense of humor and an uncanny ability to look at things from a higher perspective kept team's morale up in most challenging of deadlines.

All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed working under him.

Amit is a cool guy who knows in and out of his domain. He is talented enough to learn and grasp things even outside his paradigm and master them. He shows great leadership skills.
