Namaskaram.
I am a Yoga Mental Health Professional and the founder of Yog Pratha, with over 6 years of experience working with emotional well-being through yoga, psychology, and Indian knowledge systems.
My academic training includes a post-graduation in Yoga with a specialisation in Mental Health and Neuroscience from NIMHANS, Bangalore, a Master’s degree in Psychology, advanced studies at SVYASA, and a three-year intensive certification in Iyengar Yoga. This training allows me to work with the body and mind in a way that is structured, safe, and psychologically informed.
My work is grounded in the understanding that Yoga is a science of the mind. I have been closely exposed to Indian scriptures and yogic philosophy from an early age, and over time this understanding has matured through practice, teaching, and working with people navigating anxiety, emotional instability, exhaustion, and life transitions.
In my sessions and workshops, I integrate breathwork, chanting, restorative practices, and yogic counselling, choosing each element carefully rather than applying a fixed method.
My work spans workshops with organisations such as Mapro, Mavenir, and Windsor Shelters, etc alongside selective one-on-one sessions, with a focus on fostering lasting emotional balance and resilience.
I value work that is rooted, precise, and respectful of the person in front of me. My intention is not to offer quick solutions, but to support steadiness, clarity, and emotional resilience through yogic and psychological understanding.
