Building latge scale web apps to manage over 30B transaction per day with 500k per second peaks.
While serving clients / large internal teams / adding new features in real time production.
Managing product teams , R&D ,training operations , PMO and directing marketing what the product can do while learning what is needed.
Issues like this faced the first / 20 time is a huge challenge i will provide a light to find a clear way and make sure to create value.
