How to build robust business model is an art and a science. Many early stage companies have difficulty building out their core business models while focusing on product and customer acquisition. Establishing metrics that can show how the business is progressing is key
I am experienced at helping companies think through their business model and develop metrics within it that can be tracked and easily explained to all stakeholders, including investors.
