I work with Alon as a team-mate and later was leading a group Alon worked for. He was THE core and the heart of the group. Always ready to pick up more than others, never complaining - exemplary team player. There is no task you can't delegate to Alon and there is no challenge he can't cope with. Always honest and direct, always pragmatic and realistic, always optimistic and humble. He can stand in front of a customer or teach a class, grasp new a technology or suggest improvements for an old one, brainstorm a solution for a problem or embrace a plan.
I only wish I have an opportunity to work with him in the future. In ANY capacity.
Alon is one of the impressive people I have worked with; although he was pretty young when we started working together he presented unique technology and business understanding. To Alon things come easy, he is a “quick catcher” in terms of what needs to be done and how and does not give ego interfere with his work. Alon’s work is with high quality and usually he will deliver the best result on the first shot. Alon would probably achieve anything he will decide to pursue and I would love working with him again.
I hired Alon to bring specific SAP MDM expertice to an internal course for PwC advisory consultants. The audience was a mix of Sr Associates up to Directors with a few Partners. Because the audience we had an agenda that covered the normal 2 week MDM exposure in 3 days. What impressed me the most about Alon was his ability to cover clearly an enormious amout of material quickly while catching rapid fire questions. He easily diverted off topic questions and was able to deeply answer those more relevent to the audience. Off topic questions were handled off line so everyone was happy. His energy level and sense of humor made him easy to stay engaged with through out a very long day. As we had several classes, he was also able to adapt quickly so that subsequest class material was tuned further to the interested of the group. This attests to his broad MDM knowledge as well as to his operational knowledge that belies his youth. This class was rated very high amoung the students. I would work with him again in a heart beat.

He worked closely with many different customers to help them with rollout of the product, and his creative problem solving skills were key to success of the deployments. Alon is the main SAP MDM consultant on our global transformation programme at Vodafone. I have yet to meet a consultant with knowledge on SAP MDM like Alon's. Any MDM problem which is sent to Alon is quickly and effectively solved with the minimum of fuss. Alon is also able to very positively influence design decisions and develop requirements. Alon is also a committed consultant who is willing to work very flexibly. Alon was not based in the same location as the rest of the team, but that has never been an issue due to the way that he works and communicates. Alon has been a critical part of our team and I would thoroughly recommend his work.
Alon was the key expert in my de-escalation team at an international customer in Switzerland. Mr. Alon is an excellent SAP instructor who knows the ins and outs of his field of expertise. He was able to handle our SAP Portal (TEP12) class here in Manila, Philippines, very well despite the short notice and also the technical difficulties encountered during class. Would definitely have him teach in our SAP academy again! :)
