I am an expert in public relations, event planning, program implementation, internal and external operational liaisons, program marketing, database management and reporting.
I also have excellent skills in communication, computer utilization, organization, administration, and monitoring.
I have years of experience in project management, organizing high level events, (festivals, concerts, and human rights activities) and public relations management. Previously, I have worked as the Events Officer at the European Union Informational Center (EUIC) in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). I not only helped establish the Center, but also designed and implemented a range of creative events that engaged audiences across a wide age range with EU policies.
I also have worked as an Event & Workshop Coordinator for the largest independent children’s festival in East Europe, the Kids Festival Sarajevo. I managed more than 100 workshops, coordinated more than 80 employees and volunteers, and influenced the educative and creative progress of the Festival. I exceeded annual children visits by ~15% consistently for 10 years by creating a network between local communities, schools and NGO's that work with children, and following-up with existing festival partners.
