I've known Alli for several years now and have had the privilege of working with her on a few projects and in varying degrees in the past. I have always been impressed with her work ethic, her calm strength under pressure and her ability to drill down to the central issues even when there might be a veritable debris cloud of peripheral information swirling. There is Alli calm and cool in the eye of the storm.

When I was confronted with the need to make a difficult professional decision and needed to run things past someone that I trusted, the first person that came to mind was Alli. I knew that she would see through the emotions I was feeling, my wavering self-confidence and the inevitable complexities of the decision I needed to make. I knew that if I was in the wrong, she would not seek merely to protect my feelings at the expense of my career goals and aspirations. This is real devotion to a person's greatest good!

She did not disappoint. If I had to go back and do it all over again, I would not change anything; neither my ultimate decision nor the person I would call for professional advice. While I was pretty sure I was on the right track, I knew that Alli would either confirm that sense by handing me the bricks that I already had in my possession for the continued building of my dream or by patiently allowing me to smash it myself by handing me the sledgehammer with a kind but firm smile on her face.
