Create Stretch & Flex Program

I have created Stretch & Flex Programs for companies such as VACCO and Intuitive Surgical incorporating company workplace ergonomic factors and producing a program that is practical and professional. The deliverables are a train the trainer that leads the classes, warmup/stretch regiment, and posters/banners/pamphlet leader guides. Very effective for industrial workplaces for employee injury prevention.
