Allen is a highly flexible, versatile leader able to work at a number of levels at the same time, from high level strategy to low level details. During a fast paced growth period at ModCloth, Allen kept the team focused and on track with, setting the tone and pace and priorities of multiple teams across the company. Allen has a deep knowledge of retail and e-commerce that he could communicate effectively, giving the team the guidance they needed to get things done. Allen gave us the space to be effective and the cover we needed to grow rapidly and work effectively. He is a good motivator, a strong communicator and excellent team builder.
