As the founder, Chairman, and CEO of General Patent Corporation, I have more than 35 years of experience in IP strategy, patent licensing, and enforcement. I have guest lectured on IP at Columbia University Schools of Business and Engineering. As a former adjunct law professor, I co-authored books on IP, such as Essentials of Intellectual Property (2nd ed.) and Essentials of Intellectual Property Licensing, published by Wiley and translated into multiple languages.
