I have advised on PRC data privacy laws and guidelines and developing corporate data privacy policies, multinational mergers and acquisitions with respect to PRC-based assets and PRC outbound acquisitions in Europe, private equity investments for PRC-centric companies, creation of FCPA and anti-corruption policies and training with a view to compliance facilitation, hotel management and licensing agreements, bank interpooling entrustment loan agreements, plain vanilla and complex transaction documents for private equity investors, data licensing agreements and joint venture work, among others.
