I am an operations and finance lead at Google for startups. I have helped dozens of startup founders hone their positioning and increase funding through VC investments and new customer partnerships. Special knowledge of underrepresented founders and diverse teams.

*Have been a startup advisor with Google, AllRaise, Y Combinator, Backstage Capital, Kapor Capital and Techstars

* Prior to Google I was a funder at the Hewlett Foundation to over 250 organizations and managed $11M in funding. I sat on boards and advised nonprofits on improving earned revenue and staying competitive in their markets.

* Consulted with Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs and Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund on climate and infrastructure impact investing strategies.
