I have more than 7 years of experience in Big 4 (i.e. 1/4 largest audit and consulting companies in the world) and was dealing with finance, tax and legal issues of individuals, start-ups, entrepreneurs, small, but as well as large businesses. I have been involved in high end complex M&A and restructuring transactions in IT, Pharma, Retail, Logistics, Agriculture, Automotive and various other sectors. However, my day to day activities included mostly helping individuals and start-ups setting their businesses, choosing their place of work, most adequate legal form and how to optimise their tax position, prevent tax leakage and benefit from incentives available in Serbia.
