I have launched all of our eCommerce Channels, from Amazon, eBay, and Walmart through my solid vision and quality control checkpoints. I grew orders from 5 cases (80 pieces in total) to shipping over 130k units in 2017 alone.
As a Visionary/Implementer hybrid-role, I drove innovation through new fulfillment opportunities, expanding on existing SKUs, sponsored ads, and cross-channel optimization. With my direction and implementation, we worked to launch Multipack units, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), Subscribe & Save, and Seller-Fulfilled Prime. These innovations drove our sales and net profit margins over 400%. We were able to save customers money, increase sales, and ship faster. I have experience with full operations management including drop-shipping, fulfillment, and optimization through FBM, FBA, and SFP. I also have broad experience with optimizing repricing strategies/systems, FBA forecasting, and inventory systems. Additionally, I had brought new SKUs through data-driven cost-benefit analysis and research.
I have implemented multiple repricing platforms, including Feedvisor & Informed.Co, to compete against Third-Party Merchants including Amazon themselves. I've successfully handled hundreds of cases with Amazon's seller performance team including appeals as well as implementing a feedback request system, Feedback Genius, for several of the businesses. I then implemented our inventory system, SkuVault, and Customer Service System, ReplyManager. These systems have allowed me to optimize fulfillment and communications between all of our channel customers.
