Alberto Pellegrino is the Executive Director at Map Consultores, focused on Strategic consulting services, Financial structures, M&A, Commercial operations and new business assessment since 2011. Mr. Pellegrino has over 20 years of experience and motivated professional focused on the Pension Fund and Insurance Industry. He developed his technical experience on commercial, strategic and financial issues. Previously, Mr. Pellegrino was Director at BBVA Consolidar, member of the Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Group (BBVA) from 1997 to 2010. He also served as CFO of the Holding, CEO of Consolidar Comercializadora, Board of Directors and Member of Investment Board, Compliance Board Member and Audit Board Member. Mr. Pellegrino was responsible for compliance assurance with strategic, financial, operating and commercial guidelines of the different companies which are members of the Group, through developing and following a management control and direction model which covers the needs of the different channels, the context dynamics and the achievement of objectives. Prior to that, he was Commercial Planning and Customer Service Manager. Mr. Pellegrino led merger and acquisitions processes for more than US $800 million and triplicated health care customers in four years. He has international experience with projects in Latam and Spain (best practices developed in Argentina were implemented in various countries). Mr. Pellegrino earned several academic titles a National Public Accountant, Postgraduate Degree in Admnistration and a Finance Master in Universidad de Buenos Aires a Marketing Master (in Universidad de San Andrés), and Executive Leadership Programs in Northwestern University ( USA ) and IESE.( Spain)
