Project Management and Technology are my passions. Information Technology, Project Management, and Consulting have been the core of my successful professional career. During my career, I have played 4 significant roles combining these disciplines; Global PMO, Interim Director | Project Management, Mgr. | Program/Project Mgr. | SAP Consultant. As Global PMO, Interim Director, I led and transformed successfully an IT PMO in a medical device company. This transformation allowed to run a smooth operation and effective decision-making at CIO, management, and operational levels As Project Management, Manager effectively supervised programs, monitored projects, and led, coached and mentored project managers. Additionally, executed a PM maturity assessment, developed a roadmap and implemented recommendations. As Project Manager, I delivered successfully ERP system (SAP) - Business Process Transformation projects on time, on budget, and on scope in different industries, both domestic and international. As ERP system (SAP) consultant, I consulted for 4+ years in the Sales and Distribution and Logistics areas for Deloitte Consulting. This prepared me to understand how different industries operate, the culture of different organizations, gather domestic and international experience and the importance of exceeding customer expectations. Bilingual - English and Spanish - I advise English or Spanish speaking startups.
