I have worked for around 10 years in different restaurants and bars.Worked on a cruise ship for SeaChefs as a bar manager and attended a school for Gastronomy and how to run a bar properly in Croatia.In that time I worked with different nationalities,colleagues and customers aswell so I have an insight how people think as workers and consumers,what they want and need.My advice would benefit you and your bussines to create a healthy and hardworking environment by creating a personal yet professional relationship with your employees.As a result you will have growth and satisified costumers which will create a platform on which you can create your plan for future expansions.
