My professional journey has been about generating value with data and data science. I've been building and growing numerous teams in different environments, from startups to internet-scale tech organizations. I grew leaders and helped teams deliver impact to the world with technologies.

I advised startups when they needed to hire their CTO, establish their engineering teams, or build a strategy to rapidly demonstrate the value of their AI and products that will enable them to raise funds.

I advised executives (CEO, CTO, CPO, COO, and even CMO and CFO) on how to get the most of cloud platforms and their engineering teams at the different stages of the company.
