VCVivian CarrascoLeadership Coach & Lifestyle StrategistI'm focused on helping you connect your unique gifts, skills, and talents. Our legacy is the ability to dream, imagine and create. Everything I do is to help guide and inspire myself and others uncover the simple joys of living and heartfelt relationships so that we connect with the deepest expression of our true nature in a life of service and deep meaning. I authored the Five Steps to Career Success for the Military Spouse Career Center and formally partnered with Paul D. Tieger, best-selling author of Do What You Are, as a member of the Career Coach Network. Vivian is a past president of the Virginia Career Development Association (VCDA) and also a founding board member of the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. During her career, Mrs. Carrasco has made a number of presentations at local and state conferences. Her articles have appeared in local publications, magazines and the Career Interactive Edition of the Wall Street Journal. Vivian formally served as the Project Manager & Senior Analyst for the Army Spouse Employment Partnership (ASEP) providing strategic direction and leadership from initial concept throughout program development, successfully translating a client need into a successful delivery model. ASEP was an initiative born out of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army that facilitated national partnerships between Fortune 500 Corporations and the United States Army to increase Military Spouse employment. The Department of Defense (DoD) leveraged the successful partnerships created under the Army Spouse Employment Partnership by expanding the program to Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force spouses. The expanded program -- the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) -- officially launched in June 2011 during a ceremony at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Carrasco also served as the Manager of Business and Industry Partnerships for WORKFORCE ONE at the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce. In this position she managed all of the activities of the Industry Action Groups (IAG) within WORKFORCE ONE, which included Construction and Trades, Technology, Manufacturing and Health Care. In a previous position she served as the Assistant TELETECHNET Site Director & Military Career Transition Program Manager for Old Dominion University.Leadership Development • Strategic Communications • Career Development Coaching •$2.92/min per minuteNew Arrival— — 0
