With a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, My approach to problem solving is to work directly with the employees on the floor and ask their inputs to problems as they deal directly with the manufacturing equipment all day and have the most in-depth knowledge of potential contributing factors to the root cause of a problem.

My trouble solving approach can be applied to any process as I seek out the contributing factors to process variability and help to inspire others to find the answers they are seeking.
