I am thankful to have worked under and learned from Aaron Stout during my time at EVC. His leadership has made me a better manager and person. Aaron has an unique ability to give tough, yet positive constructive criticism that improves those he works with. As a manager, he pushes to make sure customers are satisfied and the product being delivered is professional.

What separates Aaron's leadership is that he is more than just a manager. He is an effective teacher. He makes it simple for the people around him to have the know-how to accomplish tasks and meet expectations. Many people can give pointers and direction, but Aaron truly educates and improves each person he oversees. He knows exactly when to walk away and let someone put their knowledge into action.

I have no doubt that whatever company, team or organization Aaron is a part of will succeed. There are few people out there that are as competent and qualified to lead others as Aaron. Although Aaron is a hard working leader and game changer for any organization, his character, honesty, loyal nature and committed mind is what makes him great!

Aaron has been a fantastic person to know and work with. He is not only innovative and efficient but also an inspiring person to work with. Aaron is a well educated, result driven and open minded team player, a customer focused colleague. If you ever need someone to deliver under pressure, no slip-ups, just results, Aaron is your man! Has a deep understanding of creative, project management, and technical skills.

I studied and collaborated artistically with Aaron while attending Chester College of New England. Aaron is a force of creative nature he is extremely hard-working and an out of the box thinker. Aaron is always up-to-date on the latest photography/video techniques and was willing to push the envelope when it came to his creative process. He is extremely resourceful and professional in all his endeavors and it would be a joy to work with him again. Aaron is a powerful teammate to pull onto any project and he brings a lot of great experience and instincts to the table.

Aaron was one of the best employees we have ever hired. Aaron was a self-starter and literally created projects and positive outcomes based on his dedication, energy, and follow-through. Aaron was extremely trustworthy and an asset to our corporation. The ONLY reason Aaron does not work for me currently is that the Company moved it's Corporate offices to Reno Nevada. If ever given the chance, I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat.
