I am currently a partner at a private equity firm in Sioux Falls, SD. I am a business owner as well - operate a Natural Gas brokerage and a Moving Company. I also assist entrepreneurs at a local incubator with development of strategy, valuation, idea formulation, structure, financial issues, deal structuring among others.
