While I have been known for making quick and noticeable quick fixes for organizations I’ve worked with in the past, understand that this isn’t ideal and may not fix your organization’s issues.
I’m a big believer in long-term solutions, as opposed to short-term temporary band aids.
When I consult clients, I never like to sugar coat things; this will only hurt organizations in the long-run. I’m also a believer in doing the work.
Organizations who have not done the work and/or have not listen to my recommendations, unfortunately fell to their respective shortcomings.
