Business Development for Existing and Potential New Products and Services

I met Hayk by chance shortly after I just started my travel agency. Hayk became my first client for whom I organized trekking and climbing in Sagarmatha National Park (and he was very happy with it!). He then started coaching me and helping me to set up our company's online presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. His constant advise regarding contents strategy across those platforms as well as his tips regarding user interface and usability of our corporate website have been of great help and obtained us foreign clients visiting Nepal and in search of good travel agencies for their adventures as well as partners. Hayk's advise regarding customer service and psychology helped a lot to get us off the ground as a startup. Hayk provided consultancy to CleanStar Mozambique on questions relating to ICT, media and business development in general.

Based on my impressions of Hayk Hakobyan when interacting with him during his different roles and finally as a Markedu team-member, I find Hayk to be a highly intelligent individual with great analytic and people skills.

Working with Hayk, I found that he easily adapts to new environments and challenges. He is flexible and a super-quick learner. And - importantly - he is a likeable person who is good at presenting his knowledge and ideas even in front of large audiences.

One of his major assets, in addition to his expertise and experience in digital marketing and social media, is relationships. He is good at initiating, sustaining and growing relationships with partners and clients alike.

I have seen him facing tough challenges in conjunction with events in Lebanon and Egypt and must say that he really managed to get the most out of those circumstances.

As a colleague, Hayk has been helpful whenever I needed his help. He is an expert in various areas of business development, but his work at CleanStar Mozambique mostly concerned ICT and media related aspects. Before him, we were exchanging business email using Hotmail and Gmail and had no set way of file and information exchange except via our personal emails. After he came, he instituted usage of different innovative tools of Google Apps, Dropbox and other useful Internet tools that are standard in other companies. During the last event he headed the team of journalists, whom he provided exhaustive information about our company and showcased our products in a professional way, resulting in number of positive articles appeared covering the event. I'd recommend him for any managerial position related to any aspect of business development

I have the pleasure to work with Hayk several years ago, back in 2001, when he was responsible for IT Infrastructure in one of most developed companies of the Country, and despite he was young and has just graduated from the University, he distinguished himself with smart mindset and high professionalism. He was very motivated and hard-working empoyee and I am sure he raised the bar even higher.

Won't fit this text box what I could say about how professional and efficient Hayk is, this guy knows very well what he's talking about, and can pretty much stand for it.
